What we collect

We collect only what you type into our enquiry and application forms: your name, your partner's name, email address, phone number, wedding date, city or venue, the services you are interested in, and anything you choose to write to us. On the careers form we also collect your designation, years of experience, last organisation, Instagram handle and a link to your portfolio.

We do not run advertising trackers, we do not build behavioural profiles, and we do not ask for or store payment information on this website.

How it is stored

Form submissions are delivered to our studio email through Web3Forms, a third-party form delivery service, and are then held in our email and in our internal client records. Enquiries are retained for as long as we are in conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Job applications are retained for twelve months.

This site is served as static files. It sets no advertising or analytics cookies of its own.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal, to plan and deliver coverage of your wedding, and to reply to job applications. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside our studio except where a vendor is necessary to deliver the work you have commissioned.

Photographs

Photographs and films made for you belong to your wedding. We occasionally publish selected images on this website, on social media or in print as part of our portfolio. If you would prefer that we do not, tell us in writing at any time — before or after the wedding — and we will honour it without argument.

Your rights

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us at the email address below and we will act on the request within thirty days.
